Joya is an Associate at Triumph & Co., advising clients across the UAE, KSA, and the wider region on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.

Her practice includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements, including services, distribution, franchising, joint venture, licensing, and general contracting arrangements, supporting clients across multiple industries.
Joya also assists on corporate transactions, including M&A and strategic investments. She has experience conducting legal due diligence across key areas such as intellectual property, regulatory compliance, tax, and material contracts, and supports the preparation and review of core transaction documents including letters of intent, non-disclosure agreements, share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and related ancillary documentation. She has further exposure to venture capital and series funding transactions, including the review of subscription agreements and investor documentation.
